19). D is the right answer - Correct tense
anyone - singular

any people - plural,
use of " they would .. " in later half of the sentence implies we need plural .

20). C is the right choice.

PAST PERFECT ---- WOULD/COULD + HAVE + PARTICIPLE

If Ram had won... he would have given.....
